This beautifully furnished house provides 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a superking medium firm wool 2000 pocket sprung mattress with an ensuite walk in shower room. Bedroom 2 has a 2000 pocket sprung wool king size bed with an ensuite walk in shower room. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin orthopaedic firm wool beds with access to the adjacent family bathroom with bath and separate shower, bedroom 4 has a 2000 pocket sprung medium firm bed with an ensuite Jack and Jill wet room and Patio doors leading to the patio and bedroom 5 has a bunk bed and a trundle bed, with the capacity to sleep 4 children comfortably up to teenage years.

The kitchen dining room is fully equipped with a built in double oven, induction 5 ring hob, a dishwasher an additional turbo oven if required, an Ice cream maker, Kenwood mixer and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk aeroccino. The sitting room has a wood burner ideal for the colder months and a Samsung smart TV. Kids snug provides office or study space for 2 and a smart Samsung TV. The stunning pool room is off the utility room, and also has a Samsung smart TV.

Redworth is approached via double gates and a pedestrian gate and has parking for several cars on a shingle drive. In the back garden there is a dining table and chairs that comfortably sit 8 and a corner sofa with a firepit with removable Iroko coffee table top. 2 sun loungers, Gas BBQ and table tennis table.

The Location

Situated on the most easterly point of the Isle of Wight, Bembridge is a bustling coastal village with a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. In particular a fantastic Fishmonger, Butcher, bakery and Farm shop. It also has two sailing clubs which you can join as a temporary member, to learn to sail, wind surf or even try your hand at kite surfing. The delightful harbour is home to, and a visitor berth for large and small sailing boats and Yachts. With various beaches around each side of the village, there are both sand beaches and rock pools to explore. It is also home to The National Trust Windmill, the only one to survive on the Island.

For a water based adventure, why not rent a Rib, kayak, paddle board or off the water take the Culver Trail, a 3 km stroll round WhiteCliff Bay and Culver Downs.
